The Canyons offers the Canyons Grand Summit Hotel, a AAA Four-Diamond property that features an outdoor heated pool, gourmet dining and slope side location. The Sundial Lodge is also located close by the conference venue. Both properties feature a variety of luxury-appointed, family-friendly lodging options from studios to multi-bedroom condominiums.

Please book your room accommodations early to assure the room of your choice. You may also contact the Grand Summit Reservations Department directly at bookit@thecanyons.com . When communicating by email, please provide the following information: names/number of guests, dates requested, group reservation ID (see below), type of room requested and telephone numbers.

Conference Rate

To qualify for the conference rate, please refer to The U of U – Dept of Anesthesiology 57th Annual Postgraduate Course when placing reservations.

Room Reservations Cut-Off Date

Room reservations should be received no later than January 27, 2012 to guarantee the group rate and space availability. After this date, rooms will be confirmed at the group rate on a space available basis.

• Lift ticket vouchers will be provided at a substantial discount and may be purchased at the time of the conference.

• Discounted overnight self-parking

• Discounted all-day (no overnight) self-parking

• Complimentary hi-speed wireless internet access.

• 10% discount on spa treatments for all attendees at the Grand Summit Health Club & Spa

• 15% discount on ski/snowboard equipment rentals at Canyon Mountain Sports for all attendees

• 20% discount on adult group lessons at the Canyons Ski & SB School for all attendees (Adults Only)

Deposit:    Two nights lodging is due at time of booking the reservation. Final payment is due (30) thirty days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are required to pay in full at time of booking.

Cancellation:    Reservations must be cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeit charges. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire amount.  No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades. 

Parking Rates

• Discounted overnight self-parking: $5 per vehicle per night at the Grand Summit.

• Discounted all-day (no overnight) self-parking: $5 per vehicle per day at the Grand Summit.

• Valet-serviced underground parking is available for $16.00 per car/per evening for overnight guests and $8.00 per car for meeting attendees for up to an 8-hour period (not available for overnight parking).
